Aadhaar Authentication Failed? Rent/Leave & License Agreement
Sometimes while doing eRegistration of Leave and License Agreement users may experience Aadhaar Authentication Failure. One of the reasons for this is the lock could be active to access biometric verification would be enabled. To disable the lock follow these steps –
- Visit – https://resident.uidai.gov.in/bio-lock
- Tick mark on terms and condition box and then click on the “Lock/Unlock Biometrics”,
- Enter your Aadhaar Number and click on “Send OTP”,
- Enter the OTP and after login click on the “Unlock Biometrics”, or click on “Disable Locking System” to permanently unlock the access.
- Try the Verification again on the eRegistration Site.
