E-Leave and License 2.0 Beta
The Department of Registration and Stamps, Maharashtra, is set to introduce E-Leave and License 2.0, an upgrade to the existing online leave and License agreement registration system. This new system will be launched as a pilot project in rural areas of Pune from February 17, 2024. After successful testing and necessary improvements, it will be implemented across the entire state.

Evolution from E-Leave and License 1.9
Since 2013, the E-Leave and License 1.9 system has been available for citizens, facilitating seamless online registration. Over the years, more than 64 lakh Leave and License agreements have been successfully registered through this system. To further enhance its functionality and address user feedback, the Maharashtra government is now introducing version 2.0.
Future Implementation
The E-Leave and License 2.0 system will initially run as a beta version in rural areas of Pune. Based on user feedback and necessary bug fixes, it will be expanded to cover the entire state. This initiative aims to make Leave and License registration more accessible and efficient.
